摘　　要：我国允许在动物饲料中添加的益生菌种类较多,益生菌具有调节动物肠道健康、提高生产性能、改善血液指标、增强机体抵抗力等作用,其中反刍动物养殖过程中枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母及其培养物的应用最为广泛,因其能够刺激胃肠道内优势微生物菌群增殖、抑制病原微生物的生长、提高胃肠道中营养物质的利用效率以及减少抗生素的使用等功效,在饲料限抗背景下备受养殖户们的青睐。通过综述枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母及其培养物在奶犊牛养殖中的应用,可以为奶犊牛养殖过程中合理使用益生菌提供理论支撑。There are many types of probiotics allowed to be added to animal feed in China.Probiotics have the functions of regulating animal intestinal health,improving production performance,improving blood indicators,and enhancing body resistance.Among them,Bacillus subtilis,yeast,and their cultures are most widely used in ruminant animal breeding,as they can stimulate the proliferation of dominant microbial communities in the gastrointestinal tract,inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms,improve the utilization efficiency of nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract,and reduce the use of antibiotics.They are highly favored by farmers in the context of restricting the addition of antibiotics to feedstuff.This article analyzes the effects of Bacillus subtilis,yeast,and their cultures in the breeding of dairy calves,providing theoretical support for the rational use of probiotics in the process of dairy calves farming.
