摘　　要：综述了黑水虻对奶牛粪便的生物转化过程以及其产物的利用进展情况。黑水虻能够有效地降解奶牛粪便中的有机物,减少温室气体排放和抗菌药物残留。其产物包括黑水虻幼虫和虫粪,具有广阔的应用前景。幼虫富含蛋白质和脂肪,可作为优质的动物饲料;虫粪富含氮磷钾等养分以及多种植物根基促生菌,可作为优质有机肥料,用以改善土壤质量,提高作物产量和品质。此外,黑水虻对奶牛粪便的生物转化,是一种可持续发展的生物模式,有利于碳氮资源的回收再利用,能够实现奶牛养殖环境效益和经济效益的双赢。未来的研究应重点关注提高黑水虻生物转化奶牛粪便的效率、优化产物的利用方式以及加强其在实际应用中的推广。This paper reviews the biotransformation process of dairy cattle manure by black soldier flies and the utilization of its products.Black soldier flies effectively degrade organic matter in cattle manure,reducing greenhouse gas emissions and antibiotic residues.The products,including larvae and frass,have wide applications:larvae are rich in protein and fat,making them a high-quality animal feed;frass contains nutrients such as nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,along with plant growth-promoting microbes,serving as an excellent organic fertilizer to improve soil quality and crop yield.In addition,the bioconversion of dairy cattle manure by black soldier fly is a sustainable biological model,which is conducive to the recycling and reuse of carbon and nitrogen resources,and is able to achieve a win-win situation in terms of both environmental and economic benefits of dairy farming.Future research should focus on improving the efficiency of the biotransformation of dairy cattle manure by black soldier fly,optimizing the utilization of the product and strengthening its promotion in practical applications.
