摘 要:针对核主泵推力轴承的翅片式油冷却器中存在的散热效率不高的问题,对5种不同类型的油冷却器进行了不同工况下的散热效率试验,得到了不同结构油冷却器的散热效率与功耗大小。试验结果表明,5种油冷却器的散热效率均与迎面速度成正比关系;一定范围内的水流量大小不会对散热效率产生较大影响;绕簧式油冷却器的散热效率明显高于其余4种结构的油冷却器,为核主泵推力轴承油冷却器的设计与选用提供理论和试验数据支撑。Aiming at the problem of low heat dissipation efficiency in the fin-type oil cooler of the thrust bearing of the nuclear main pump,the heat dissipation efficiency tests of five oil coolers with different structures under different working conditions were carried out,and the heat dissipation efficiency and power consumption of oil coolers with different structures were obtained.The test results show that the heat dissipation efficiency of the five oil coolers is proportional to the frontal velocity.The water flow within a certain range will not have a great impact on the heat dissipation efficiency;the heat dissipation efficiency of the coil spring oil cooler is significantly higher than that of the other four oil coolers,which provides theoretical and experimental data support for the design and selection of the thrust bearing oil cooler of the nuclear main pump.
