摘　　要：从影响选用芯轴尺寸的相关因素分别进行了论述,同一材料不同炉批化学成分的差异会导致弹性模量的不同,车床卷制中因弹性后效的影响造成回弹与卸载的不同时性,热处理淬火中组织应力和热应力产生的变形,电镀的覆盖层增加簧丝厚度的影响等。针对实际生产中试凑法确定芯轴的方法,提出了控制强化芯轴管理、建立数据库,规范先锋批管理的相关措施,确保芯轴选用的精细化,实现弹簧制造质量可靠、生产高效。In the use of lathe cold rolling for spiral springs,the selection of the core shaft plays a decisive role in the size of the spring.The conventional theoretical and empirical formulas for selecting core shafts have certain limitations and cannot effectively guide production.This article discusses the relevant factors that affect the selection of core shaft size:the difference in chemical composition of different furnace batches of the same material can lead to different elastic module;The different timing of rebound and unloading caused by the influence of elastic aftereffects in lathe rolling;The deformation caused by tissue stress and thermal stress during heat treatment quenching;The effect of increasing the thickness of the spring wire through the coating layer of electroplating.Aiming at the method of determining the core shaft by trial and error in actual production,measures have been proposed to strengthen the management of core shafts,establish a database,and standardize the management of pioneer batches,ensuring the refinement of core shaft selection and achieving reliable spring manufacturing quality and efficient production.
