摘  要:滤袋除尘装置在防止大气污染中起到关键作用,但仍存在着内部气流分布不均匀和工作阻力偏高的问题。采用计算流体力学方法对除尘装置进气道结构的内部流场进行数值模拟,在进气道进行合理的结构优化,进气道中加入导流板,仿真结果表明进气道进气气流与导流板之间有规律性的关系,以该规律性结论,提出了放置导流板的经验公式,能够有效提高滤袋除尘装置的进气分布均匀性,为滤袋除尘装置的设计提供思路。The pulse filter bag dust collector plays a key role in preventing air pollution,but there are still problems such as uneven distribution of internal air flow and high working resistance.In this paper,computational fluid dynamics method is adopted to numerically simulate the internal flow field of the inlet structure of the dust removal device,and reasonable structural optimization is carried out in the inlet,and a guide plate is added into the inlet.The simulation results show that there is a regular relationship between the inlet air flow and the baffle.Based on this conclusion,an empirical formula for placing the baffle is proposed,which can effectively improve the uniformity of the inlet air distribution of the filter bag dust removal device and provide ideas for the design of the filter bag dust removal device.
