摘 要:惰轮组和输出扭矩轴上的齿轮相啮合,实现采煤机传动系统转矩的传递。选用惰轮为研究对象分析其啮合力和牵引速度的关系,在SolidWorks环境中使用Toolbox进行惰轮建模,根据摇臂上滚筒的负载扭矩数据计算齿轮啮合力,以此进行仿真分析牵引速度分别为1.5m/min、3m/min、5m/min时的啮合力变化情况,得出随着牵引速度的增加直接导致啮合力的增大,同时波动幅度增大,但始终维持在一个稳定的基值左右,齿轮啮合力变化受周期载荷与交变载荷共同作用的影响。The idler pulley group meshes with the gears on the output torque shaft to realize the transmission of torque of coal mining machine drive system.The idler pulley is selected as the research object to analyze the relationship between the meshing force and the traction speed,the idler pulley is modeled in SolidWorks environment using Toolbox,and the gear meshing force is calculated according to the load torque data of the roller on the rocker arm,and then the change of the meshing force is analyzed in the simulation when the traction speed is 1.5 m/min,3 m/min,and 5 m/min,and it is concluded that the meshing force changes with the increase of traction speed directly leads to the increase of traction speed,and the meshing force changes with the increase of traction speed directly leads to the increase of traction speed,and the change of meshing force with the increase of traction speed directly leads to the increase of meshing force.It is concluded that with the increase of traction speed,the meshing force increases directly,and the fluctuation amplitude increases,but it always stays around a stable base value,and the change of gear meshing force is affected by the combined effect of cyclic load and alternating load.
