摘  要:针对开关柜断路器手车在推进过程中可能会出现与活门发生碰撞的问题,以断路器手车与活门机构作为研究对象,简述了手车与活门机构的工作原理,并通过SolidWorksMotion模块进行运动仿真分析,模拟手车与活门的运动轨迹,计算出断路器动触头与活门挡板行程的关系曲线,最后分析了影响断路器手车与活门机构行程的关键设计尺寸。因此,解决了手车推进过程中与活门发生碰撞的问题,为开关柜的研发设计提供一定的参考,对开关柜的的发展具有重要意义。Aiming at the problem that the circuit breaker handcart of the switchgear cabinet may collide with the valve in the process of advancing,taking the circuit breaker handcart and the valve mechanism as the research object,the working principle of the handcart and the valve mechanism is briefly described and the motion simulation analysis is carried out through the SolidWorks Motion Module,which simulates the motion trajectory of the handcart and the valve and calculates the relationship curve between the circuit breaker movable contact and the travel of the valve plate and finally analyzes the influence of the travel of the circuit breaker movable contact and the valve plate.relationship curve,and finally analyzed the key design dimensions affecting the travel of the circuit breaker handcart and live door mechanism.As a result,the problem of collision between the handcart and the live door in the process of handcart advancement is solved,which provides certain reference for the research and development design of the switchgear,and is of great significance to the development of the switchgear.
