摘 要:针对大型振动式弛张筛偏心轴工作时面临的复杂力学特性问题,建立了某型号大型振动式弛张筛偏心轴的有限元分析模型,开展了偏心轴在实际运行时的静力学分析、模态分析和谐响应分析研究,得到了偏心轴的力学分析结果。研究结果可用于指导振动弛张筛偏心轴的设计、优化,对于提高振动弛张筛安全性和可靠性,延长弛张筛使用寿命,保证安全、高效生产具有重要的工程实用价值。Aiming at the complex mechanical characteristics of the eccentric shaft of large vibrating relaxation sieve,the finite element analysis model of the eccentric shaft of a certain type of large vibrating relaxation sieve was established,and the static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of the eccentric shaft in actual operation were carried out,and the results of the mechanical analysis of the eccentric shaft were obtained.The results of the study can be used to guide the design and optimization of the eccentric shaft of vibrating relaxation screen,which has important engineering practical value for improving the safety and reliability of vibrating relaxation screen,extending the service life of relaxation screen and ensuring the safe and efficient production.
