摘 要:为进一步探索煤矿掘进机截割性能的提升路径,以EBZ220型煤矿掘进机为研究对象,分析其截割部在截割煤岩体时的受力情况,并以此为基础,设定截割比能耗、载荷均值和载荷波动系数三项关键指标,应用正交实验方法探究影响上述三项指标的关键因素,包括垂直摆角、岩石硬度、转速和横摆速度,同时对上述因素的具体影响规律也进行分析探究。在此基础上,应用快速非支配排序结合算法对上述关键因素进行优化,从模拟运行效果来看,该优化方案在提升煤矿掘进机截割性能上具有一定优势,预计其有一定的应用价值。In order to further explore the path to improve the cutting performance of coal roadheader,EBZ220 coal roadheader was taken as the research object to analyze the stress of its cuting part during cuting coal and rock mass.On this basis,three key indexes of cutting specific energy consumption,average load and load fluctuation coefficient were set,and the key factors affecting the above three indexes were explored by orthogonal experiment method.Including vertical swing Angle,rock hardness,rotational speed and yaw speed,at the same time,the specific influence of the above factors are also analyzed and explored.On this basis,the fast non-dominated sorting algorithm is applied to optimize the above key factors.From the simulation operation effect,the optimization scheme has certain advantages in improving the cutting performance of coal mine boring machine,and it is expected to have certain application value.
