摘 要:为进一步探究煤矿轴流通风机的降噪问题,以煤矿局部轴流通风机普遍存在的进风端噪声偏高问题为研究对象,设计一种具有“径向环形进风”特征的降噪结构,以解决因集流口处气流高速运动而产生的气动噪声问题。在此基础上,对此次设计的降噪结构分别进行仿真计算和现场实验测试,以进行性能分析,结果显示,该降噪结构能够有效降低煤矿轴流通风机进风端的噪声,使之符合噪声职业卫生标准。因此可以认为此次设计的煤矿轴流通风机降噪结构具有潜在的应用价值。In order to further explore the noise reduction problem of axial flow fan in coal mine,a noise reduction structure with"radial annular air intake"feature was designed to solve the aerodynamic noise problem caused by high-speed air movement at the flow collector.On this basis,the design of the noise reduction structure is simulated and tested in the field to analyze the performance.The results show that the noise reduction structure can effectively reduce the noise at the inlet end of the axial flow fan in coal mine,so that it meets the noise occupational health standard.Therefore,it can be considered that the noise reduction structure of coal mine axial flow fan designed in this paper has potential application value.
