摘 要:车齿是以双自由度交叉斜齿轮副的传动方式进行的,其运动运动过程由刀具绕其自身轴线旋转、工件绕其自身旋转以及沿工件轴线轴向移动的三个运动组成,为对车齿过程进行准确仿真,运用数学软件Mathematica和三维软件Proe对切削过程进行仿真。首先计算出车齿刀切削刃曲线;其次分析其在空间的运动学关系,并计算其空间中的齐次坐标变换矩阵;然后对切削刃曲线进行空间坐标变换得到切削刃的空间轨迹曲面簇,并且根据轨迹曲面簇包络出所求齿轮齿廓;最后将各曲面转换为ibl文件并与Proe进行交互,得到实体化的齿轮齿廓。由车削过程仿真结果可知,车齿工艺具有一定的误差,仍需要对得到的齿廓进行精加工;但是,两种软件联合仿真得到的结果是很精确的,并且可以对在此过程中得到的切屑以及齿廓表面进行进一步分析,同时还可以根据获得的车齿模型对车削过程进行热力分析,研究车齿工艺中潜在的其他问题。Gear turning is carried out in the transmission mode of double-degree-of-freedom crossed helical gear pair,and its motion process consists of three motions:the tool rotates around its own axis,the workpiece rotates around itself,and moves axially along the axis of the workpiece,in order to accurately simulate the gear-turning process,the cutting process is simulated by using the mathematical software Mathematica and the three-dimensional software Proe.Firstly,we calculate the cutting edge curve of the gear wheel;secondly,we analyze its kinematics in space and calculate the chi-square coordinate transformation matrix in space;then,we transform the cutting edge curve to get the spatial trajectory surface cluster of the cutting edge,and then we envelope the gear tooth profile according to the trajectory surface cluster;finally,we convert the surfaces into ibl files and interact with Proe to get the solidified tooth profile of the gear.Finally,the surfaces are converted to ibl files and interacted with Proe to obtain the materialized gear profile.From the simulation results of the turning process,it can be seen that the turning process has a certain error,and stil need to finish the obtained tooth profle;however,the results obtained from the joint simulation of the two software are very accurate,and can further analyze the chips obtained in the process and the tooth surface,and can also be obtained according to the turning model of the turning process for thermal analysis,to study the turning process of the other potential problems in the process.The model can also be used to analyze the thermal analysis of the turning process and to study other potential problems in the turning process.
