摘 要:变速箱是重卡的重要装置,是维持重卡稳定运行的关键部件,而变速箱齿轮是变速箱的核心零件,为了提高重卡性能,需要通过变速箱斜齿轮的动力学及接触应力分析了解改善因素。首先介绍了齿轮动力学及接触应力研究方法;使用PRO/E建立了斜齿轮模型,并完成斜齿轮副装配;使用ANSYS的LS-DYNA模块对不同齿侧间隙下的齿轮动力学进行了仿真分析,使用ANSYS的静力学分析模块对不同齿侧间隙下的齿轮接触应力进行了仿真分析,结果认为齿轮的齿侧间隙对变速箱的性能影响较大,在后续设计及装配过程中应当予以充分重视,为后续变速箱齿轮副研究奠定了一定的理论基础。Transmission is an important device for heavy trucks,and it is a key component to maintain the stable operation of heavy trucks,while the transmission gear is the core part of the transmission.In order to improve the performance of heavy trucks,it is necessary to understand the improvement factors through the dynamics and contact stress analysis of the transmission helical gear.This paper firstly introduces the research method of gear dynamics and contact stress;using PRO/E to establish the helical gear model and complete the helical gear sub-assembly;using ANSYS LS-DYNA module to simulate and analyze the dynamics of gears with different tooth-side gaps,and ANSYS static analysis module to simulate and analyze the contact stress of gears with different tooth-side gaps,and the results concluded that The results concluded that the tooth side clearance of gears has a large impact on the performance of gearboxes,and should be fully emphasized in the subsequent design and assembly process,which lays a certain theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on gear sub gears of gearboxes.
