摘 要:为了解决迈步式液压支架多次支撑顶板,容易造成顶板破碎的问题,根据实际情况设计了一种综掘工作面液压组合支架,通过计算得出了支架支撑高度为2000~4800mm,支架的工作阻力Q_(z)为2400kN。同时对顶梁均布加载、顶梁集中加载、顶梁扭转加载、顶梁偏心加载四种工况下顶梁应力位移情况进行分析,给出了结构相对薄弱点,为后续研究提供方向。In order to solve the problem of broken roof caused by multiple supports of the walking hydraulic support,this paper designs a hydraulic combination support for the comprehensive excavation working face based on the actual situation.Through calculation,the support height of the support is calculated to be 2000mm-4800mm,and the working resistance Qz of the support is 2400kN.At the same time,the stress and displacement of the top beam under four working conditions:uniform loading,concentrated loading,torsional loading,and eccentric loading were analyzed,and the relatively weak points of the structure were identified,providing direction for subsequent research.
