摘 要:为了解决某企业在生产某产品过程中清洗工序存在的问题,开展了对某产品清洗机的自动化改造,主要针对自动化改造过程中的机械设备进行分析,确定了机架机架作为机械部分主体的重要性,在此基础上通过三维设计软件UG对清洗机的机架的结构进行了三维模型的建立,并所建立的机架三维模型进行格式转换导入ANSYS Workbench中进行静力学强度分析,分析结果表明,机架在承重情况下,所受的最大等效应力和变形均很小,能够满足强度要求。In order to solve the problem of cleaning process in the production of a certain product by a certain enterprise,the automation transformation of a certain product cleaning machine was carried out.This article mainly analyzes the mechanical equipment in the automation transformation process,determines the importance of the frame as the main body of the mechanical part,and on this basis,establishes a three-dimensional model of the structure of the cleaning machine frame through the three-dimensional design software UG.The established three-dimensional model of the frame is converted into format and imported into ANSYS Workbench for static strength analysis.The analysis results show that the maximum equivalent stress and deformation of the frame under load-bearing conditions are very small,which can meet the strength requirements.
