摘 要:为了提升液压支架在煤矿井下开采作业中的应用效果,以ZC8800/20/38型液压支架为例,利用ANSYS软件构建出液压支架结构有限元模型,并以此为基础,分别从不同工况角度出发,模拟分析了液压支架结构强度特点,进而确定出液压支架中存在的缺陷,为液压支架结构的优化设计提供支持,使整个煤矿井下开采作业安全、顺利地开展打下坚实基础。In order to improve the application effect of hydraulic bracket in underground mining operation of coal mine,taking ZC8800/20/38 hydraulic bracket as an example,a structural strength analysis method of hydraulic bracket is introduced.First of all,the use of ANSYS software to build a hydraulic bracket structure finite element model,and based on this,respectively,from the perspective of different working conditions,simulation analysis of the hydraulic bracket structure strength characteristics,and then determine the existence of defects in the hydraulic bracket,for the optimization of the hydraulic bracket structure to provide support for the design of the coal mine underground mining operations,so that the whole coal mine underground mining operations are safe,and smooth to carry out to lay a solid foundation.
