摘 要:以DTC100/25/250S煤矿带式输送机为例,根据煤矿井下带式输送机输送带更换需求,设计出一种全新的钢丝绳芯胶带切割装置,然后以此为基础,构建出切割装置有限元模型,之后分别对切割装置中的涡轮、蜗杆、齿轮、连杆等部件的运动特性与瞬态动力学特性进行模拟分析。由模拟分析结果可知,连杆传动角α谷值为60°,β谷值为48°,均符合要求(≥40°),且转矩约为706N·m,低于电机的标准转矩(6200N·m),表明该钢丝绳芯胶带切割是合理的,可应用到带式输送机当中。Taking DTC100/25/250S coal mine belt conveyor as an example,According to the belt replacement demand of underground belt conveyor in coal mine,a new wire rope core belt cutting device is designed,and then based on this,the finite element model of the cutting device is built,and then the motion characteristics and transient dynamic characteristics of the turbine,worm,gear,connecting rod and other components in the cutting device are simulated and analyzed.It can be seen from the simulation analysis results that the connecting rod transmission Angleαvalley value is 60°,βvalley value is 48°,both meet the requirements(≥40°),and the torque is about 706 N·m,lower than the motor standard torque(6200 N·m),indicating that the wire rope core tape cutting is reasonable and can be applied to the belt conveyor.
