摘 要:以该型号设备为例,基于ANSYS有限元仿真软件对其进行瞬态动力学分析。首先构建了缓冲器的三维模型,并对其在不同工况下(如平直巷道、水平弯道和垂直弯道)的应力分布、位移变化以及疲劳损伤模式进行了详细分析。分析发现,在特定时刻速度和加速度响应曲线均达到峰值,之后逐渐衰减至稳定状态,且在反复的碰撞冲击下容易产生疲劳破坏,尤其在不同巷道条件下,疲劳损伤的位置和模式有所不同。将上述结果应用在实际生产中,通过对改进后缓冲器的结构设计、等效位移分布和等效应力分布等方面的优化,取得了显著的生产效率提升和检修频率降低的效果,具有较好的经济价值。In order to deeply understand the dynamic response and performance of SQ-80/110P continuous vehicle buffer in practical application,this study takes this model equipment as an example to analyze its transient dynamics based on ANSYS finite element simulation sofware.The three-dimensional model of the buffer is constructed,and the stress distribution,displacement change and fatigue damage mode under different working conditions(such as straight roadway,horizontal curve and vertical curve)are analyzed in detail.The analysis found that the speed and acceleration response curve peak at a certain time,and then gradually decays to a stable state,and it is easy to produce under repeated collision impact Fatigue damage,especially in different roadway conditions,the location and mode of fatigue damage are different.By applying the above results to the actual production,by optimizing the structural design,equivalent displacement distribution and equal effect force distribution of the improved buffer,the significant effect of improving the production efficiency and reducing the maintenance frequency is achieved,which has good economic value.
