摘 要:基于现有的采煤机液压系统故障诊断存在的传感器监测数据困难、记录不全面,数据的实时传输与处理能力差,故障诊断系统缺少专业性支持等弊端,首先介绍了采煤机典型的液压系统组成和工作原理,其次对采煤机液压系统故障进行了分类总结和描述,最后基于测试性理论,设计了采煤机液压故障诊断的方案,并对诊断方案的详细组成原理进行了阐述。The vast majority of coal mines in China have realized the importance of coal mining machine hydraulic system fault diagnosis for safe and efficient production,but there are still drawbacks such as dfficult sensor monitoring data,incomplete records,poor real-time transmission and processing of data,and lack of professional support for the fault diagnosis system.Aiming at the above background and problems,firstly,the typical hydraulic system composition and working principle of coal mining machine are introduced,secondly,the hydraulic system faults of coal mining machine are categorized,summarized and described,and finally,based on the testability theory,a scheme for hydraulic fault diagnosis of coal mining machine is designed,and the detailed composition principle of the diagnostic scheme is elaborated.
