摘  要:针对某钢铁带钢轧制产线的酸轧机架减速机的设备状态监测与故障诊断,采取采集设备振动信号,对齿轮减速机特征频率进行提取,采用频谱分析和包络分析等分析方法,实现对设备的状态判断与故障诊断,避免了产线非计划的故障停机及不必要的损失,为钢铁行业类似轧制设备的状态监测提供借鉴。For the equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the acid rolling stand gear reducer of a steel strip rolling production line,vibration signals were collected and the characteristic frequencies of the gear reducer were extracted.Frequency analysis and envelope analysis were used as analysis methods to achieve equipment status judgment and fault diagnosis.This avoided unplanned downtime and unnecessary losses in the production line and provided a reference for equipment condition monitoring in similar rolling equipment in the steel industry.
