摘　　要：针对日化品瓶铝箔密封性检测上料工序中存在的工人劳动强度大、生产效率低、自动化程度低等缺陷,设计了日化品瓶上料机。对日化品瓶上料机的机械结构进行了详细设计,包括台板、日化品瓶挡板、日化品瓶上料转盘组件和日化品瓶拨爪组件等。分析认为该设备性能稳定、操作简单、自动化程度高、生产效率高、为企业带来了良好的经济和社会效益,具有一定的推广价值。Aiming at the defects such as high labor intensity of workers,low production efficiency and low automation degree in the feeding process of aluminum foil sealing inspection of daily chemical bottles,a feeding machine for daily chemical botles is designed.The mechanical structure of the daily chemical bottle loading machine is designed in detail,including the table plate,daily chemical bottle baffle plate,daily chemical bottle loading turntable assembly and daily chemical bottle toggle claw assembly.The equipment has stable performance,simple operation,high degree of automation and high production efficiency,which brings good economic and social benefits for the enterprise and has certain popularization value.
