摘 要:为了提升矿井地面设备运行的安全性与稳定性,对矿井地面设备中的带式输送机设计一种自动巡检装置并验证应用效果。对自动巡检装置的搭载平台、行走机构进行设计,并以此为基础通过仿真分析的方式,对巡检平台、安装支架等主要部件进行优化,通过实践应用分析的方式对自动巡检装置应用效果予以验证。由验证可知,该自动巡检装置在每次巡检效率、需要人员数量、巡检结果精度及巡检成本方面均具有更高的优势,表明自动巡检装置应用效果良好,可将其推广到现代煤矿领域。In order to improve the safety and stability of the operation of mine ground equipment,an automatic inspection device is designed for the belt conveyor of mine ground equipment and the application effect is verified.The automatic inspection device mounting platform,walking mechanism design,and as a basis for simulation analysis,the inspection platform,mounting bracket and other major components to optimize,through the practice of application analysis of the automatic inspection device application effect to be verified.From the verification,it can be seen that the automatic inspection device in each inspection efficiency,the number of personnel required,inspection results accuracy and inspection costs have higher advantages,indicating that the automatic inspection device application effect is good,can be extended to the modern coal mine field.
