矿用瓦斯抽采钻孔智能防喷装置的设计及应用分析

摘  要:设计了一种瓦斯抽采钻孔智能防喷装置,该装置主要通过应用传感器与PLC可编程控制系统来指挥控制气水分离器与防喷箱,实现联动。当钻孔瓦斯压力或体积分数高于预警值时,该信号会传至自动控制系统,经自动控制系统的分析后,发出控制指令让相关组件动作密封钻孔;当自动控制系统接收到的瓦斯压力或体积分数低于预警值时,控制系统会发出收缩膨胀橡胶腔体的指令,并给钻机恢复供电,继续进行钻进作业。经调试与进行工业性试验发现:该装置运行稳定可靠,各设备联动性好,反应迅速,可在3s内实现防喷,缩短了瓦斯超限治理时效,更好的保障了矿井安全生产。An intelligent blowout prevention device for gas extraction drilling is designed,which is mainly used to command and control the gas-water separator and blowout prevention box by applying sensors and PLC programmable control system to realize linkage.When the gas pressure or volume fraction of the borehole is higher than the warning value,the signal will be transmitted to the automatic control system,and after analyzed by the automatic control system,it will send out control instructions for the relevant components to act to seal the borehole;when the gas pressure or volume fraction received by the automatic control system is lower than the warning value,the control system will send out the instruction of contracting and expanding the rubber chamber,and restore the power supply to the rig,and continue to carry out the drilling operation.Affter debugging and industrial test,it is found that the device is stable and reliable,with good linkage and rapid response of each equipment,which can realize blowout prevention within 3 s,shorten the time limit of gas overlimit management,and better guarantee the safe production of the mine.
