摘  要:煤矿井下巷道支护对提高支护效率和支护安全性具有十分重要的意义,为了解决传统锚杆钻机锚钻系统结构复杂、稳定性差的问题,提出了一种新型双臂锚杆钻车锚钻系统,其采用了紧凑型、模块化设计思路,提高了在井下狭小空间内的使用灵活性,同时通过模拟仿真分析,对其在危险工况下的应用稳定性进行了研究,结果表明:新型锚钻系统能够保证在危险工况下的应用稳定性,能够适应不同尺寸巷道内的锚护需求,对提升井下巷道支护效率和支护稳定性具有十分重要的意义。Underground coal mine roadway support is very important to improve the support efficiency and support safety,in order to solve the traditional anchor drilling rig anchor drilling system structure is complex,poor stability of the shortcomings of the proposed a new type of double-armed anchor drilling truck anchor drilling system,which adopts a compact,modular design ideas to improve the flexibility of the use of the narrow space in the underground,at the same time,through the simulation analysis of the stability of its application in dangerous working conditions,the results of the study,and the results of the study,the results of the application of the stability in dangerous working conditions.At the same time,through simulation analysis,the stability of its application in dangerous working conditions is studied,and the results show that:the new anchor drlling system can ensure the stability of its application in dangerous working conditions,and it can adapt to the anchoring needs of different sizes of tunnel,which is of great significance to enhance the efficiency and stability of tunnel support in underground.
