摘  要:轨检小车的机械结构对轨道静态几何参数检测的准确性以及轨检小车的生产与后期的维护成本都有重要影响。分析了传统轨检小车关键机械部件在作业中存在的一定缺陷和不足,结合轨检小车部件的要求,利用Solidworks建模进行了改进设计,以期为轨检小车的设计与制造提供指导和借鉴。The mechanical structure of the rail inspection trolley has an important influence on the accuracy of the static geometric parameter detection of the track,as well as the production and later maintenance cost of the rail inspection trlley.The key mechanical components of the traditional rail inspection trolley are analyzed for certain defects and shortcomings in the operation,and combined with the requirements of the rail inspection trolley components,the design is improved by using Solidworks modeling,in order to provide guidance and reference for the design and manufacture of the rail inspection trolley.
