摘  要:某冶金企业地坑输送辊道,生产9 m定尺165 mm×165 mm小方坯,钢坯经过下降机装置输送至悬臂输送辊道,由于长期受到钢坯的冲击载荷,频繁出现钢坯接触悬臂辊道两端传动轴断裂及底座支撑筋板开裂现象。基于地坑现场维修空间受限等多重因素,重新对连铸输送辊道进行模块设计、优化结构设计、分解钢坯冲击载荷传递路径,优化控制电路变频改造。A certain metallurgical enterprise's pit conveyor produces 9 meters of fixed length 165 mm×165 mm small billets.The steel billets are transported to the cantilever conveyor roller through a descending machine device.Due to long-term impact loads from the steel billets,the transmission shafts at both ends of the cantilever conveyor roller frequently break and the base support rib plate cracks.Based on multiple factors such as limited maintenance space in the pit site,the continuous casting conveyor roller is redefined for module design,optimized structural design,decomposed steel billet impact load transmission path,optimized control circuit frequency conversion transformation,and more energy-efficient.
