摘 要:为解决屯兰矿22301工作面开采煤层倾角过大,导致液压支架下滑倾倒的难题,结合工作面矿压显现规律,并对液压支架的受力情况进行分析,得出液压支架危险截面的位置及破坏形式,针对性地提出防倒防滑优化方案,优化后重新进行有限元分析,支架应力得到了改善。实践结果表明,优化后的防倒防滑装置有效提升支架稳定性,避免支架倒滑现象。In order to solve the problem of large inclination angle of coal seam in 22301 working face of Tunlan Mine,which leads to the hydraulic support slipping and tipping,and seriously affects the safety of the working face advancement,the optimization of the hydraulic support anti-slip device has been carried out.Combined with the law of mine pressure manifestation in the working face,and the analysis of the force situation of the hydraulic bracket,the location of the hydraulic bracket dangerous section and the form of damage,targeted to put forward the anti-fall and anti-slip optimization program,optimized and re-conducted the finite element analysis,the results show that the bracket stress has been improved.Practical results show that the optimized anti-fall and anti-slip device effectively improves the stability of the stent and avoids the phenomenon of stent inverted slip.
