3D磁流变抛光机磁场发生装置的优化设计分析

摘  要:优化了3D磁流变抛光机的磁场发生装置,通过电磁场设计原则提升磁场强度或降低安匝数需求。装置采用碳素结构钢Q235A作为铁芯材料,铜线圈增强电流承载能力,并结合漆包线与玻璃丝提高绝缘性能。仿真模型显示,磁场分布均匀,最大磁场强度超过300mT,实测误差控制在7%以内。环形磁场发生装置通过特殊几何结构和冷却系统优化,实现更广阔的抛光区域和更高的磁场强度。优化后的装置提升了抛光效率和质量,具有重要的工业应用价值。This study aims to optimize the magnetic field generator device of 3D magnetorheological polishing machine to enhance the magnetic field strength or reduce the ampere-turns requirement through the electromagnetic field design principle.The device adopts carbon structural steel Q235A as the core material,copper coils to enhance the current carrying capacity,and combines enameled wire and glass wire to improve the insulation performance.The simulation model shows that the magnetic field is uniformly distributed and the maximum magnetic field strength exceeds 300 mT,with the measured error controlled within 7%.The toroidal magnetic field generator is optimized with special geometry and cooling system to achieve a wider polishing area and higher magnetic field strength.The optimized device improves the polishing efficiency and quality,and has important industrial application value.
