摘 要:回转台结构是掘进机运行过程中的关键承载部件,以煤矿常用的EBZ-300型纵轴式掘进机为例,通过ANSYS软件对不同工况下的回转台结构开展强度分析,结果表明,不同工况下回转台的轴销部位均出现了明显的应力集中现象,强度安全系数校核发现其低于设备许用安全系数1.5。根据分析结果,针对销轴部位的长度及直径进行优化改进,最终使该部位的应力最大值有所降低。将优化后的回转台结构应用到EBZ-300型纵轴式掘进机的实际生产中,发现轴销结构各部位应力环境得到明显改善,大幅提升其运行稳定性。Slewing table structure is a key bearing part in the operation of roadheader,this paper takes EBZ-300 longitudinal shaft roadheader which is commonly used in coal mines as an example,and carries out the strength analysis of the slewing table structure under different working conditions by using ANSYS software,and the results show that the axle pin part of the slewing table under different working conditions has obvious stress concentration phenomenon,and the strength safety factor checking finds that it is lower than the permissible safety factor of 1.5 for the equipment.According to the results of the analysis,the length and diameter of the axle pin were optimized to reduce the maximum stress in this area.The optimized rotary table structure is applied to the actual production of EBZ-300 longitudinal shaft roadheader,and it is found that the stress environment of each part of the axle-pin structure has been significantly improved,which greatly enhances its operational stability.
