摘 要:利用数值模拟软件对改向滚筒结构及焊缝受力变形进行分析,发现结构强度、刚度均能满足要求,同时对结构使用寿命进行分析,并对其结构进行寿命优化设计,确定筒皮厚度33mm、辐板间距1000mm、辐板厚度44mm的优化方案,经过模拟发现优化后较优化前寿命提升了21.5%,优化方案可行,为带式输送机改向滚筒可靠性提升作出贡献。This paper uses numerical simulation software to analyze the structure of the changing drum and the stress deformation of the weld seam.It is found that the structural strength and stiffness can meet the requirements.At the same time,the service life of the structure is analyzed,and the life optimization design of the structure is carried out.The optimization scheme of the thickness of the cylinder skin 33,the spacing between the spoke plates 1000,and the thickness of the spoke plates 44 is determined,After simulation,it was found that the optimized service life has increased by 21.5%compared to before,and the optimization plan is feasible,making a contribution to the reliability improvement of the belt conveyor's directional drum.
