摘 要:针对采煤机牵引电动机水套鼓包问题,研究了采煤机牵引电动机的构造特性和工作原理,并借助ANSYS Workbench17.0的有限元仿真分析工具,构建了一个精确的水套有限元模型,进一步探讨了水压、焊接数目与温度升高对于电机水套形变的影响程度。结果显示,当水压增大、焊点减少时,水套的形变会变得更加显著,这正是导致采煤机牵引电动机水套产生鼓包问题的主要原因。通过重新布置水套和挡水条焊点位置和数量完成了水套结构改进,再次进行有限元仿真计算得出,改进之后的水套变形较小,有效降低了水套鼓包问题的发生。In view of the water jacket bulging problem of coal mining machine traction motor,the structural characteristics and working principle of coal mining machine traction motor are studied,and an accurate water jacket finite element model is constructed with the help of finite element simulation and analysis tool of ANSYS Workbench 17.0,and the effects of water pressure,number of welds and temperature increase on the deformation of the water jacket of the motor are further explored.The results show that the deformation of the water jacket becomes more significant when the water pressure increases and the number of welds decreases,which is the main cause of the bulging problem of the water jacket of the coal miner traction motor.By rearranging the position and number of welded joints of water jacket and water bar,the water jacket structure is improved,and finite element simulation is performed again to calculate that the deformation of the water jacket after improvement is small,which effectively reduces the occurrence of water jacket bulging problem.
