摘  要:通过概述智能制造的定义与特征,具体分析智能制造对装备管理的影响,主要体现在提升精准性和实时性、增强预测性和决策支持能力两个方面。探讨装备管理中的智能制造技术,包括物联网应用、人工智能与大数据分析、设备运行与维护阶段管理等。进一步提出基于智能制造的装备管理优化策略,如设备监控与预测维护、资源配置与决策优化等。最后,通过案例分析验证智能制造技术在装备管理中的应用效果,展示设备故障率降低、设备利用率和生产效率提高等成果。研究成果能够为智能制造技术在装备管理中的应用提供理论支持和实践参考,为未来进一步探索提供方向。By outlining the definition and characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,the impact of intelligent manufacturing on equipment management is specifically analyzed,which is mainly reflected in the two aspects of improving accuracy and real-time,and enhancing predictive and decision support capabilities.Discusses the intelligent manufacturing technologies in equipment management,including the application of Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and big data analysis,and the management of equipment operation and maintenance phases.Further,the optimization strategies of equipment management based on intelligent manufacturing are proposed,such as equipment monitoring and predictive maintenance,resource allocation and decision optimization.Finally,the application effect of intelligent manufacturing technology in equipment management is verified through case studies to demonstrate the results of equipment failure rate reduction,equipment utilization and productivity improvement.The research results can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in equipment management,and provide direction for further exploration in the future.
