摘 要:针对三水沟立井提升机现有监测装置的不足,设计并应用了一种基于边缘计算的智能监测装置系统。通过在提升机表面和内部安装传感器,结合物联网技术,实现了设备运行状态的实时监测与数据分析。实践应用结果显示,该系统显著提高了提升机的安全性和运行效率,能够及时发现并预防潜在故障,减少了停机损失,并有效提升了设备管理的科学性和维护效率,在提升机运维管理中取得了显著成效。Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing monitoring device of Sanshugou vertical shaft hoist,an intelligent monitoring device system based on edge computing is designed and applied.By installing sensors on the surface and inside of the hoist and combining with the Internet of Things(loT)technology,real-time monitoring and data analysis of the equipment operation status are realized.Practical application results show that the system significantly improves the safety and operational efficiency of the hoist,can timely detect and prevent potential failures,reduce downtime losses,and effectively improve the scientific nature of equipment management and maintenance efficiency,and has achieved significant results in the operation and maintenance management of the hoist.
