摘 要:为进一步提升煤矿掘进机运行质量,以智能控制理念为核心,探究智能控制系统设计。首先,应用基于DSP的控制系统架构,搭建煤矿用悬臂式掘进机智能控制系统整体框架;其次,结合实际功能需求,整合PID智能算法等关键技术,对系统的自适应控制模块、数据采集、存储、远程监控等主要功能模块进行设计;最后对系统进行试验测试,结果显示,该系统能够根据外界载荷变化灵活调整运行策略,确保系统始终保持较高的运行效率。In order to further improve the operation quality of coal mine boring machine,this study takes the concept of intelligent control as the core to explore the design of intelligent control system.Firstly,the control system architecture based on DSP is applied to build the whole framework of the intelligent control system of the cantilever boring machine used in coal mine.Secondly,combined with the actual functional requirements,integrated PID intelligent algorithm and other key technologies,the system's adaptive control module,data acquisition,storage,remote monitoring and other main functional modules are designed;Finally,the experimental test of the system shows that the system can flexibly adjust the operation strategy according to the change of external load to ensure that the system always maintains a high operating efficiency.
