摘  要:为了防止单轨吊在运输过程中在巷道内与行人相撞引发事故,对单轨吊运输巷道内防护门门禁系统进行设计。通过PLC的编程对该系统进行顺序功能的控制,利用红外传感装置对单轨吊车和行人进行识别和定位,当有单轨吊即将进入巷道并检测到巷道内有行人通过,则控制周围防护门闭锁,并利用声光报警器提醒人员注意避让。该系统能够实现单轨吊和附近防护门的联动控制,降低了单轨吊与行人相撞发生事故的概率,进一步保证了煤矿生产的安全性。In order to prevent the monorail crane from colliding with pedestrians and causing accidents in the roadway during transportation,the guard door access control system in the transportation roadway of monorail crane is designed.Through the PLC programming of the system for the control of sequential functions,the use of infrared sensing devices for monorail crane and pedestrian identification and positioning,when there is a monorail crane is about to enter the roadway and detected in the roadway pedestrians through,the control of the surrounding protective door closure,and the use of acoustic and visual alarm to remind the personnel to pay attention to avoid.This system can realize the linkage control of monorail crane and nearby protective door,which reduces the probability of collision between monorail crane and pedestrians,and further ensures the safety of coal mine production.
