摘　　要：山西某矿为缓解3306回风顺槽及3304运输顺槽物料、设备装卸及运输时劳动强度大、效率低、工作环境恶劣等情况。在3306回顺绕道安装一套DQD25气动单轨吊满足生产运输需要,气动单轨吊的应用运输更加高效。与传统的小绞车运输相比,单轨吊具有可靠性高、运输效率高、适用性强、装卸方便、用工少等优势,能够实现巷道连续不转载运输,从而减少运输转载环节,极大地提高了辅助运输效率。In order to alleviate the situation of high labor intensity,low efficiency and poor working environment,a mine in Shanxi has installed a set of DQD25 pneumatic monorail cranes in the 3306 return bypass and 3304 transport bypass for loading and unloading of materials and equipments,as well as transportation.In 3306 back to the bypass to install a set of DQD25 pneumatic monorail crane to meet the production and transportation needs,the application of pneumatic monorail crane transportation more efficient.Compared with the traditional small winch transportation,the monorail crane has the advantages of high reliability,high transportation efficiency,strong applicability,convenient loading and unloading,less labor,etc.It can realize the continuous non-transfer transportation in the roadway,so as to reduce the transportation reproduction link,and greatly improve the auxiliary transportation efficiency.
