摘  要:气动控制技术是当今工业控制中的重要组成部分,凭借其低成本、高效率、无污染的优点,得到了越来越广泛的应用。由于气动系统的环保、低成本的优点,使其广泛应用于机械、自动化控制、航天、医药、冶金等领域。通过电-气组合控制详细动作原理完成某故障关联锁开阀控制系统设计及理论分析,将理论分析后的气动设计回路应用到实际生产中,不仅可以实现定量控制阀门开度,而且容易实现自动控制,动作顺序非常灵活,准确达到设计要求。Pneumatic control technology is an important part of today's industrial control,which has been more and more widely used by virtue of its advantages of low cost,high efficiency and no pollution.Due to the advantages of environmental protection and low cost of pneumatic system,it is widely used in machinery,automation control,aerospace,medicine,metallurgy and other fields.Through the electric-pneumatic combination control detailed action principle to complete a fault associated lock open valve control system design and theoretical analysis,the theoretical analysis of the pneumatic design circuit applied to the actual production,not only can realize quantitative control valve opening,but also easy to realize the automatic control,the action sequence is very flexible,and accurately meet the design requirements.
