摘　　要：往复式压缩机由于具有压缩比高(单级压比可达10以上)体积效率高(一般在85%以上)结构简单、可靠性高、使用寿命长、制造成本较低、检修方便等优点,在天然气分厂利用焦炉煤气制LNG工艺中被广泛选用。通过对LNG生产过程中遇到的机体轴端频繁漏油疑难问题、压缩机因供油受阻导致曲轴变形及轴瓦烧坏事故、气阀等关键易损件故障导致的进排气温度压力异常等一系列常见故障进行分析总结,提出了相应的优化改进措施,促进设备的长周期稳定运行。Reciprocating compressors are widely used in the LNG production process using coke oven gas in natural gas plants due to the advantages of high compression ratio(single-stage compression ratio can be more than 10),high volumetric efficiency(generally more than 85%),simple structure,high reliability,long service life,low manufacturing cost,and convenient maintenance,etc.The reciprocating compressors are widely used in the LNG production process using coke oven gas in natural gas plants.By analyzing and summarizing a series of common failures such as frequent oil leakage from the shaft end of the body,crankshaft deformation and axial tile burnout due to the obstruction of oil supply to the compressor,and abnormal inlet and exhaust temperature and pressure caused by the failure of key wearing parts such as gas valve,and proposing corresponding optimization and improvement measures during LNG production,we can promote the long-term and stable operation of the equipment.
