摘 要:在变速箱运行中,齿轮容易出现失效故障,究其原因在于多方因素干扰,齿轮存在断齿问题,需开展失效原因分析。为此,在简要概述齿轮失效的案例后,从齿轮原材料的化学成分、非金属夹杂物、热处理硬度和渗碳层深、金相组织等方面进行了排查,明确断齿的相关条件。深入分析可发现断齿的根本原因为端面烧伤裂纹,基于轮毂开裂影响,需有效预防同步器齿毂位置的窜动,避免轴向间隙消除而产生摩擦损伤,以期可以提高齿轮应用寿命,确保变速箱的运转性能。In transmission operation,gears are prone to failure,which is due to the interference of many factors,gears have broken teeth,and need to carry out failure cause analysis.To this end,afer a brief overview of the case of gear failure,from the gear raw material chemical composition,non-metllic inclusions,heat treatment hardness and depth of carburized layer,metallurgical organization and other aspects of the investigation,to make clear the conditions related to broken teeth.In-depth analysis can be found that the root cause of broken teeth for the end face burn cracks,based on the impact of hub cracking,the need to effectively prevent the synchronizer tooth hub position of the tampering,to avoid the elimination of axial clearance and friction damage.So that the gear application life can be improved to ensure the operating performance of the gearbox.
