摘 要:国内某核电机组在运行过程中,常规岛高加系统抽汽管道疏水阀出现频繁动作问题,多处管道、三通、弯头出现焊缝开裂的情况,焊缝开裂导致大量高温蒸汽泄漏,造成多处安全隐患。该问题从疏水液位误报警、疏水器排水容量不足、抽汽管道存在汽阻等方面开展原因分析。通过理论计算和现场测算等方式,找到了缺陷产生根本原因,提出降低抽汽管道疏水阀门动作频度的改进措施,并在机组上成功验证。通过对该问题的处理实践,总结出一套提高疏水管道疏水能力的方法,对后续类似问题解决和新机组抽汽疏水管道设计有借鉴意义。During the operation of a nuclear power unit in China,the drain valve of the extraction steam pipeline of the conventional island high-pressure reactor system frequently operated,and multiple pipelines,tees,and elbows experienced weld cracking.Weld cracking caused a large amount of high-temperature steam leakage,resulting in multiple safety hazards.The problem is analyzed from the aspects of false alarm of drain liquid level,insufficient drainage capacity of drain,and steam resistance in the extraction pipeline.Through theoretical calculations and on-site measurements,the root cause of the defect was identified,and improvement measures were proposed to reduce the frequency of action of the drain valve in the extraction steam pipeline,which were successfully verified on the unit.Through the practical handling of this issue,a set of methods to improve the drainage capacity of the drainage pipeline has been summarized,which has reference significance for solving similar problems in the future and designing new unit extraction drainage pipelines.
