摘 要:五性设计是用系统工程的方法解决产品全寿命周期的质量问题,提出了一种将五性设计与核电装备研发流程融合的措施。基于核电装备的产品特性,我国目前可靠性数据情况以及核电装备在现场实际运行状态,对五性在核电装备研发中的具体应用做了细致的分析,提出了以FMEA为核心的五性一体化设计,以提高核电装备研发的成功率,降低研发风险,提高核电装备本身的可靠性和安全性,并降低整个产品寿命周期费用。The five qualities design is to solve the quality problems of the whole life cycle of products by system engineering method,and a measure to integrate the five qualities design with the research and development process of nuclear power equipment is proposed.Based on the product characteristics of nuclear power equipment,the current reliability data situation in China and the actual operation status of nuclear power equipment in the field,the specific application of fiveness in the R&D of nuclear power equipment is carefully analyzed,and an integrated design of fiveness with FMEA as the core is proposed in order to improve the success rate of the R&D of nuclear power equipment,reduce the risk of R&D,improve the reliability and safety of the nuclear power equipment itself and reduce the whole product life cycle cost.
