摘 要:制动器故障多由制动力矩缺陷引发,准确预测制动力矩对于预防故障至关重要。为了提高电梯块式制动器寿命预测的准确性和可靠性,研究提出一种基于Gamma过程的制动力矩可靠性研究。结果显示:弹簧故障与闸瓦故障与制动器的寿命之间存在必然联系,且两者的故障等级均为6级。在应用分析中,通过预测发现,制动器与弹簧故障以及闸瓦故障之间随着时间的变化可靠度在40h时达到最低值40%,此时的弹簧故障可靠度为39%,而其他故障的可靠度均在55%以上。所以研究提出的方法在制动力矩预测方面表现出色,提高了制动器寿命预测的准确性。Brake failures are mostly caused by defective braking torque,and accurate prediction of braking torque is crucial for preventing failures.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the life prediction of elevator block brakes,the study proposes a reliability study of braking torque based on the Gamma process.The results show that there is a definite link between spring failure and brake shoe failure and brake life,and both have a failure level of 6.In the application analysis,it is found through prediction that the reliability of the brake with spring failure and brake tile failure over time reaches a minimum value of 40%at 40 h.At this time,the reliability of the spring failure is 39%,while the reliability of all other failures is above 55%.So the study highlights that the method performs well in braking torque prediction and improves the accuracy of life prediction of brakes.
