摘 要:真空玻璃是一种新型的建筑节能玻璃,其在建筑工程中的力学性能设计方法尚未得到充分研究,尤其是真空玻璃刚度计算时的等效厚度设计方法。本文基于真空玻璃在均布荷载下的抗弯性能试验和模拟结果,采用数据拟合的方法,对真空玻璃等效厚度影响因素及简易设计方法进行研究。结果表明:真空玻璃等效厚度与2片玻璃的厚度之和近似呈线性关系,等效厚度系数可取0.81;封边材料类型、支撑物间距、面板尺寸变化等因素对真空玻璃等效厚度影响可忽略不计。研究结果对于真空玻璃在建筑工程设计时刚度设计计算具有重要参考价值。Vacuum glass is a new type of building energy-saving glass,and its mechanical performance design method in construction engineering has not been fully studied,especially the equivalent thickness design method for stiffness calculation of vacuum glass.Based on the bending performance test and simulation results of vacuum glass under uniformly distributed load,the factors affecting the equivalent thickness of vacuum glass and a simple design method were studied using data fitting method.The results show that the equivalent thickness of vacuum glass is approximately linearly related to the sum of the thicknesses of two glass sheets,and the equivalent thickness coefficient can be taken as 0.81;The influence of factors such as the type of edge sealing material,spacing between supports,and changes in panel size on the equivalent thickness of vacuum glass can be ignored.The research has important reference value for the stiffness design calculation of vacuum glass in architectural engineering design.
