戈壁大温差区水泥稳定砂砾混合料膨胀性能分析

摘  要:针对戈壁大温差地区由于水泥稳定砂砾基层产生的过大膨胀导致的沥青路面拱胀病害,本文以温度为外部因素,以级配类型、水泥剂量、含盐量和养生龄期为内部因素,探究各影响因素对水泥稳定砂砾混合料膨胀性能的影响,并对影响因素进行显著性分析,建立膨胀量的预测模型。研究结果表明:各因素对膨胀性影响的显著程度由大到小为:温度>级配类型>水泥剂量>硫酸盐含量>养生龄期。温度依旧是最主要的外因,而级配类型与水泥剂量为主要内因,硫酸盐含量与养生龄期为次要内因。骨架空隙型级配膨胀性最小,过高的水泥剂量对膨胀性影响显著,含盐量在0.2%以上才会对膨胀性产生影响,养生龄期在28 d后膨胀性基本稳定。外部温度对各内部因素下的膨胀性影响规律基本一致。本文基于多元线性回归分析提出了膨胀量预测模型,此模型涵盖了绝大部分能够对膨胀量产生影响的因素。This study focuses on the challenges of asphalt pavement arching and swelling caused by the excessive expansion of the cement-stabilized gravel base layer in the Gobi region,where large temperature variations occur,it explores the effect of temperature as an external factor and internal factors,such as gradation type,cement dosage,salt content,and maintenance age,on the expansion of cement-stabilized gravel mixtures,the influence factors are also analyzed for significance,and the prediction model of the expansion volume is established.The results of the study showed that the significant degree of the effect of each factor on expansion,in descending order,was as follows:temperature>gradation type>cement dosage>sulphate content>maintenance age.Temperature remains the primary external factor,while gradation type and cement dosage are the primary internal factors,and sulfate content and maintenance age are the secondary internal factors.Additionally,the skeleton void-type gradation exhibits the least expansion,higher cement dosage leads to excessive expansion,salt content exceeding 0.2%affects expansion,and the expansion is almost stabilized after 28 days of maintenance.The trend of the effect of external temperature on the expansion at each internal factor is generally similar.Based on the multiple linear regression analysis,an expansion volume prediction model is proposed,which covers most of the factors that can influence the expansion volume.
