摘  要:构建了增材制造熔融沉积成型(FDM)技术在钢管工业应用的框架,分析了增材制造流程和增材制造特点,探索了增材制造在钢管工业里的应用场景;提出了使用FDM技术制造非标准结构件、液位控制元件、电气元件以及气动管接头的低成本应急替代方法,并介绍相关应用。增材制造技术可实现故障的快速解决与部件的低成本替代,有助于钢管工业实现高效率、低耗比与绿色化生产。Constructed is the framework for application of the additive manufacturing fused deposition modeling(FDM)technology to the steel pipe-making industry,and analyzed are the flow process and characteristics of the additive manufacturing.Furthermore the application scenarios of the additive manufacturing in the steel pipe-making industry is discussed.And proposed are the low-cost emergency substitution method for using the FDM to manufacture the non-standard structural part,the liquid level-control component,the electric component and the pneumatic fitting.The related applications are also desc-ribed.Application of the said additive manufacturing technology can bring about the quick fixing of the fault and low-cost substitution of the component,being helpful for achieving the hi-efficiency,low consumption ratio and green production in the steel pipe-making industry.
