摘 要:塑性测压法是一种有效便捷的评估近似实战条件下弹药毁伤威力场的手段,更是外场爆炸冲击波测试的发展方向。目前的标定手段不适用于对塑性测压元件进行标定,针对这个问题,提出了基于落锤动标装置的准动态校准方法。介绍了准动态校准方法的原理,分析了如何控制压力脉宽的方式,对现有的造压油缸进行改进设计,研制了适用于塑性膜片准动态校准的造压油缸。最终利用落锤液压动标装置对直径40 mm,厚度0.3 mm的H62铜膜片进行标定,实验结果表明,该造压油缸可用于0~5 MPa的塑性元件的校准研究。The plastic pressure testing method is an effective and convenient means of evaluating the damage field of ammunition under approximate real combat conditions,and it is also the development direction of field explosion shock wave testing.However,the current calibration method is not suitable for calibrating plastic pressure sensors.In view of this problem,this paper proposes a quasi-dynamic calibration method based on the falling hammer dynamic calibration device.The principle of the quasi-dynamic calibration method is introduced,and the method of controlling the pressure pulse width is analyzed.The existing pressure-generating cylinder is improved and designed,and a pressure-generating cylinder suitable for the quasi-dynamic calibration of plastic film is developed.Finally,the 40 mm in diameter and 0.3 mm thick H62 copper film is calibrated using the falling hammer hydraulic dynamic calibration device,and the experimental results show that the pressure-generating cylinder can be used for the calibration research of plastic elements with a pressure range of 0~5 MPa.
