摘 要:主要阐述了一种基于紫外荧光法的金属表面清洁度测试仪的设计与实现过程,首先,介绍金属表面清洁度检测的重要性,并指出现有检测方法存在的局限性。接着,阐述紫外荧光法应用在该领域的优势以及该产品的主要特点。随后,讲解紫外荧光法的检测原理,同时对测试仪的整体设计架构展开说明,涵盖硬件设计(含核心电路设计)以及软件设计(含数学模型建立方法)等方面。最后,通过展示具体的现场应用案例,有力地证明其在不同金属材质、面对不同污染类型及程度时所具备的准确性和可靠性。该测试仪为金属表面清洁度的快速、精准检测提供了有效的技术手段,在工业生产、质量控制等相关领域有着重要的应用价值。This paper mainly describes the design and implementation process of a metal surface cleanliness tester based on ultraviolet fluorescence method.First,it introduces the importance of metal surface cleanliness detection and points out the limitations of existing detection methods.Then,it describes the advantages of ultraviolet fluorescence method in this field and the main characteristics of this product.Then,it explains the detection principle of ultraviolet fluorescence method,and explains the overall design architecture of the tester,covering hardware design(including core circuit design)and software design(including mathematical model establishment method).Finally,by showing specific field application cases,it strongly proves its accuracy and reliability in different metal materials and in the face of different types and degrees of pollution.The tester provides an effective technical means for the rapid and accurate detection of metal surface cleanliness,and has important application value in industrial production,quality control and other related fields.
