摘 要:以昊兴塬煤业2^(#)煤层2205工作面窄煤柱开采为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值分析及现场实测的手段,通过构建窄煤柱平面应变力学模型,分析窄煤柱峰值应力临界参数,理论计算得出窄煤柱最小宽度值;通过有限差分软件FLAC^(3D)建立窄煤柱开采仿真三维数值模型,分析了不同煤柱宽度(4,6,8,10,12,14 m)下2205回风顺槽围岩垂直应力分布规律与塑性区分布形态。基于现场实际与两种分析结果,综合确定了合理窄煤柱宽度为8 m;结合昊兴塬现场实际地质特征与分析结果,提出了相应的联合支护技术。现场观测数据及变形情况表明,窄煤柱宽度和围岩支护方案设计合理,巷道变形控制效果较好,能够维持巷道围岩稳定。Taking the narrow coal pillar mining in the 2205 working face of the No.2 seam of Haoxingyuan Coal Industry as the research background,this study adopts theoretical analysis,numerical analysis,and on-site measurement to analyze the critical parameters of peak stress of narrow coal pillars by constructing the mechanical model of plane strain of narrow coal pillars,and to obtain the minimum width of the narrow coal pillar by theoretical calculation.Through the finite difference software FLAC^(3D),a three-dimensional numerical simulation model was established to analyze the vertical stress distribution and plastic zone distribution of the surrounding rock in the 2205 return gateway under various coal pillar widths(4,6,8,10,12,14 m).Based on the actual site and the two analysis results,the reasonable narrow coal pillar width was determined to be 8 m.Combined with the actual geological characteristics of Haoxingyuan site and the analysis results,the joint support technology was proposed.The field observation data and deformation show that the narrow coal pillar width and surrounding rock support scheme are reasonable with effective deformation control,which can maintain the surrounding rock stability.
