常村矿2106工作面合理煤柱宽度下切顶卸压可行性分析

摘  要:以山西潞安化工集团常村煤矿2106工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟和现场验证相结合的手段,分析了沿空留巷合理煤柱宽度下不同切顶高度对煤柱及巷道围岩的应力影响规律,优选出切顶卸压的合理高度。研究结果表明:随着煤柱宽度的增加,应力集中区域逐渐由采空区侧向煤柱中心位置转移,而实体煤侧的峰值应力会表现出降低的趋势,其降低幅度表现为指数函数递减趋势;常村矿合理煤柱宽度为8 m时,有利于控制沿空巷道围岩的稳定性,在8 m合理煤柱宽度下最佳的切顶高度为15 m;通过在常村矿进行工业性试验,采用煤柱宽度为8 m,切顶角度为90°,切顶高度为15 m,得到的围岩变形量整体明显下降,卸压效果显著,巷道留巷效果较好。本研究结果可为类似地质条件切顶留巷参数的选取提供理论依据和实践参考。Taking the No.2106 working face of Changcun Coal Mine,Shanxi Lu'an Chemical Group,as the engineering background,numerical simulation and field verification were used to analyze the stress influence of different roof cutting heights on coal pillars and surrounding rock under reasonable coal pillar width in gob-side entry retaining,thereby optimizing the reasonable height for roof cutting and pressure relief.Results showed that as the coal pillar width increased,the stress concentration zone gradually moved from the goaf side to the center of the coal pillars.In contrast,peak stress on the solid coal side showed a decreasing trend,and the magnitude showed a decrease of exponential function.The reasonable coal pillar width of Changcun mine is 8 m,which is conducive to the stability control of the surrounding rock of gob-side entry,and under this width,the optimal roof cutting height was determined to be 15 m.Industrial trials in Changcun Mine,with a coal pillar width of 8 m,roof cutting angle of 90°,and cutting height of 15 m,demonstrated significantly reduced deformation of surrounding rock,significant pressure relief effects,and ideal roadway retaining results.These findings could provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for parameter determination for roof cutting under similar geological conditions.
