摘 要:乌审旗地区的冲击地压矿井受多层厚硬砂岩、高强度开采以及大采高等因素的影响,导致其与我国东部矿井在控制冲击地压方面存在显著差异。以内蒙古鄂尔多斯乌审旗地区母杜柴登30202工作面为研究背景,通过理论分析、现场监测和现场应用等方法,探讨了在多层厚硬岩层控制下工作面的覆岩运移全过程;针对母杜柴登矿井30202工作面多硬厚砂岩组的特殊条件,开展了煤层顶板深孔爆破现场实践;通过对爆破区与非爆破区进行钻孔应力分析及微震事件监测分析发现,顶板爆破区矿压显现相对缓和,对于类似工作面双见方等特殊阶段,可以选择性地使用顶板深孔爆破法进行预裂处理,以减小悬顶面积和来压周期,从而降低开采过程中的冲击风险。The impact of multiple layers of thick and hard sandstone,high-intensity mining,and high mining height on the control of rockburst in the Wushenqi area is significantly different from the impacts observed in the eastern part of China.Taking the 30202 working face in Mudu Chaideng,Wushen Banner,Ordos,Inner Mongolia as the research background,this paper explores the entire process of overburden migration under the control of multi-layer thick and hard rock through theoretical analysis,on-site monitoring,and on-site application.In response to the special conditions of the multi-layer hard and thick sandstone group in the 30202 working face of the Mudu Chaideng mine,the on-site practice of deep hole blasting of the coal seam roof was carried out.Through the drilling stress analysis and microseismic event monitoring in the blasting and non-blasting areas,it was shown that the mining pressure in the roof blasting area was relatively mild.For special stages such as the double square of the working face,the roof deep hole blasting method could be selectively used for pre-splitting treatment to reduce the suspended roof area and periodic weighting,thereby reducing the impact risk during the mining process.
