摘 要:为解决常村矿沿空留巷围岩变形较大及底鼓严重的问题,以常村矿2106工作面为工程背景,综合采用数值模拟、工程验证相结合的方法,开展了沿空留巷切顶卸压关键参数优化研究。模拟验证了切顶卸压对于沿空巷道具有良好的卸压效果,分析了留巷切顶卸压机理。研究结果表明:工作面切顶可有效降低巷道围岩应力集中,卸压效果显著;巷道的卸压效果与切顶的高度及角度呈正比关系,随着切顶高度及角度的增加,卸压效果逐渐升高,切顶高度应尽量大,钻孔长度应超出巷道第一个基本顶。本文研究结果可为类似地质条件切顶留巷参数的选取提供理论依据和实践参考。To address the issues of large deformation of the surrounding rock and severe floor heave of the gob-side entry retaining in Changcun Mine,taking the 2106 working face as the engineering background,this study conducted optimization research on key parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief by combining numerical simulation and engineering validation.The simulation validated the effective pressure relief effect of roof cutting and pressure relief on gob-side roadways,and analyzed the mechanism of the roof cutting and pressure relief.Results showed that:1)Roof cutting of the working face could effectively reduce stress concentration in the surrounding rock,achieving significant pressure relief effect;The pressure relief effect was proportional to the height and angle of roof cutting.As cutting height and angle increased,the pressure relief effect gradually improved.The cutting height should be maximized,and the drilling length should extend beyond the first main roof.The findings of this study can provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for selecting roof-cutting parameters under similar geological conditions.
